About Graciela

I'm Graciela Ramon Michel, founder of Graceful Coaching.

My work is centred on supporting individuals to reconnect with themselves, understand their emotional patterns, and move through life with greater awareness and ease.

My journey into this work began through my personal experience as a single mother raising my son with severe autism — a path that deeply transformed me. It led me to face my own emotional wounds and recognise how unprocessed experiences and inherited patterns can shape the way we live.

Through years of personal healing, study, and exploration, I developed an approach that brings together bioemotional decoding, NLP, and positive psychology — supporting individuals in understanding the connection between their emotions, responses, and life patterns.

I also have a special focus on supporting parents of children with additional needs, helping them create emotionally safe environments while staying connected to their own wellbeing.

My approach

I don't see emotional challenges as something to fix, but as meaningful signals — invitations to better understand ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and create more conscious ways of living.
